Why do the moms look like teens

I wont level up it says I need to buy it with 60 coins and my progress wont help me level up so I have to repeat the same thing over and over again to get to the next level

Every time I let my kids play this game the ads pop up constantly. The App Store is consistently brought up to buy more apps. Not enjoyable if this glitch doesnt get fixed.

This game is so fun. I can play it for a long period of time & not get bored. But these ads keep popping up and I keep getting sent to the App Store which is getting on my nerves. Its making it impossible to play! I dont like having to switch back to the game every 5 seconds to finish what I was doing. Im not happy about the ads at all. Im about to delete the game if this problem doesnt get fixed!!
